Do not send pictures like these with faces blocked out purposely. It is okay if faces are conceal by the way the pictures were taken but no edit jobs. Anyway, I want to guess that these are from Hong Kong but that would just be a guess. People need to include basic information with their submission. If you analyze the page view numbers of these posts, you would see that posts with a known listed location get a lot more page views and the ones with a name and location get a ton of traffic.
