Katie Holmes Won The War For Her Daughter Suri's Soul, At Least For Now

Mommy zombie no more? Katie Holmes somehow convinced Tom Cruise to enroll their daughter Suri Cruise in a Boston Catholic pre-school which of course is not a Scientologist school. Rumors were Tom and Katie Holmes were in a heated battle over what school their daughter, Suri Cruise, should attend. It seems Cruise wants his daughter to follow his religion of "Scientology" and Katie wants Suri to be raised in a "Catholic" setting as she was. The battle lines have been drawn and it looks like Katie Holmes can claim victory. Suri Cruise will begin attending Catholic School soon. Clearly Katie has a set of incriminating photos of Tom having gay sex with a firefighter locked away in a safe somewhere. Tom and Katie have been rumored to be fighting quite a bit over their differing Religions. Look for more heated battles to come in the future. The Daily Mail report:

The Church of Scientology has always been a bone of contention between the couple and Tom wanted three-year-old Suri to be raised a Scientologist.

But last week Katie enrolled the toddler at the Catholic Charities Yawkey Centre For Early Education And Learning in Boston, Massachusetts. The family are living in the city while Tom, 47, films his new movie, the spy comedy thriller Wichita. Katie’s mother also flew in for her granddaughter’s first week at the pre-school.

"Katie has been listening to her parents who are devout Catholics," I’m told. "She is not convinced by Scientology and has told Tom that she wants Suri to be educated as a Catholic - as she was. They had been having huge problems agreeing on her school. To say they were having arguments is putting it mildly - but Tom came around to the idea in the end."

Holmes, 30, has not been seen at the Church of Scientology for more than five months.

Tom and Katie have been rumored to be fighting quite a bit over their differing Religions. So it is good to see Katie putting her foot down about something as important as religion. At least now, instead of being brainwashed by a ridiculous Hollywood celebrity cult that teaches about spaceships, aliens, and mind-control, Suri will be taught about something much more believable like a guy who was conceived without sex, came back to life three days after being killed, and then nailed 72 virgins in Heaven. Wait, I think I'm mixing my religions again... Katie was one of the cutest actress in Hollywood before she hooked up with Tom, and became mommy zombie. Bahamanian police reveal details of John Travolta extortion plot, A "refusal to transport" document is at the center of the John Travolta extortion plot, it has been claimed. The "mystery document" reportedly at the center of the John Travolta extortion case has been revealed. Sources with knowledge of the investigation says that the document is "an authorization for transporting Jett Travolta in the ambulance." John Travolta's son Jett passed away earlier this month after suffering a seizure at a vacation home in the Bahamas. Tarino Lightbourn, an EMT who arrived at the scene of Jett Travolta's death, was charged with conspiracy to commit extortion for trying to blackmail John Travolta for $25 million.

It was initially believed that an attempted extortion scheme involved pictures of Jett shortly after his death, but latest developments point to sensitive document that the alleged schemers believed could be used to bribe the wealthy Hollywood couple for $25 million. Tarino allegedly had a "refusal to transport" document signed at the scene by the actor that he thought would be damaging. It's not. People reports:

Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police Marvin Dames downplayed the importance of the document.

"The document did not apply in the Travolta case," Dames tells PEOPLE. "It did not apply because he was very ill, and so, the only alternative would be to take him to the hospital. Refusal to transport documents are for cases involving minor injuries. If your injuries are minor and you don't want to be transported, the ambulance driver would produce that form. It waives responsibility on the part of the hospital."
Dames insists the Travoltas did everything possible to save their son.
"We were satisfied from all our investigations that the Travolta family and those who rendered aid to Jett did all that was humanly possible to revive Jett," Dames says. "All did what they were able to resuscitate him."

"There's no evidence to support that there was any effort to avoid medical treatment," he adds. "Lightbourn said that himself in several interviews."

Call me cynical, but I'm thinking this latest development is going to lead to lots of lurid speculation that Travolta and Preston somehow hindered treatment of their son. Let's hope they leave these grieving parents alone. Some people have insinuate that this poor kid died due to the fact that they're scientologists. The rumor is that John and Kelly knew their son was autistic and left him untreated due to scientology beliefs. But sources connected with the investigation say John Travolta told EMT workers he wanted to fly his son to Florida where he could get be care rather than drive by ambulance to the local hospital...which was 45 minutes away. John and Kelly did not refuse treatment for Jett, but had an issue over where he should be treated.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston lost their son earlier this month but are reliving his death every day thanks to this unfolding scandal. There much be something in the water in the Bahamas, and I am not talking about the salt.

John Travolta's son Jett passed away today after suffering a seizure at a vacation home in the Bahamas. Questions are being asked, considering the medical claims of Scientology, was Travolta's son suffering from untreated medical problems and did these conditions cause the son's death? Authorities say Jett struck his head on the bathtub and died on the scene after attempts to revive him failed. TMZ reports:

We're told 16-year-old Jett was vacationing with Travolta and wife Kelly Preston.
There have been reports that Jett was autistic, though Travolta has denied it, saying he suffers from Kawasaki Syndrome, a condition which often leads to heart disease.
Travolta's attorney Michael Ossi says Jett suffered a seizure at his family's vacation home at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel on Grand Bahama Island. Attempts to revive him were unsuccessful and he died on scene.

Travolta's attorney has confirmed the death, saying that the boy was with his family at their hotel when he succumbed to a seizure and could not be revived. He died on the scene but was officially pronounced dead at a local hospital. People already have started to insinuate that this poor kid died due to lack of parental love or because they're scientologists. The rumor is that John and Kelly knew he was autistic and left him untreated due to scientology beliefs. The circumstances of his death aren't currently known but it's been reported for some time that Jett had autism but the Travolta family refused to acknowledge or treat it.

Due to several death threats received from groups opposing Scientology and Tom Cruise's portrayal of Nazi officer, Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg, in his new film Valkyrie, Cruise and his family are reportedly living in fear and are now residing in different locations and only travel in bomb-proof vehicles. By the way, the film Valkyrie is a ploy by Tom Cruise to get the good favor of the German people by showing that not all Germans were crazy Nazis because Scientology is banned in Germany and he want to end the ban. Anyway, Tom Cruise and that zombie Katie Holmes call in FBI after ‘death threats from anti-scientology group’. The Mail on Sunday can reveal that security has been stepped up around Cruise, 46, Holmes, 30, and their two-year-old daughter Suri...Last week Cruise attended the Los Angeles premiere of the movie, which was targeted by protesters from the anti-Scientology group Anonymous. He has been forced to increase security around his family since then. "The threats are perceived to be so great that the FBI has been alerted," said a source. Cruise is due to fly to London for the UK premiere on January 21. "Tom is terrified. He doesn’t feel safe anywhere," the source added. Cruise has spent $10 million on an underground bunker in the grounds of his estate in Colorado. In August, threats were made to place anthrax in the air vents of his Los Angeles office.

Just five years ago, Tom Cruise was one of the world's most beloved movie stars, starring in one critical and commercial hits one after another. Now some people want him dead because he believes that lotion and Tic Tacs can cure autism and that the devil flies around in an intergalactic DC-8 spaceship dropping hydrogen bombs into volcanoes. I can see how some people would have a problem with that. Not a problem for me however, if Scientology hook me up with a young (brainwash) starlet I would say anything they want me to say. The opening of Katie Holmes long-awaited Broadway run of All My Sons was picketed last night by members of the anti-Scientology group, Anonymous. Tom Cruise showed up to cheer her on but mainly to steal her thunder. Nearly 30 people lined up outside the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre to protest last Thursday night an hour before Holmes acted on Broadway for the first time in a preview performance for "All My Sons." Protesters who stood behind a barricade and loudly chanted "Scientology kills!" Some wore masks like in the movie "V for Vendetta," and one poster read: "FREE KATIE." OK! reports:

Wearing masks and holding signs with salacious slogans like "Free Katie!", "Scientology is a cult!", "Run Katie Run!" and "Free Katie! Keep Tom," many protestors shouted their distaste with the religion of choice for the former Dawson's Creek star and her hubby, Tom Cruise. "We're not protesting the play, we're not protesting her," explained one protestor who goes by the name of Little Sister. "We're just showing her support pretty much. We're showing her that she can have the strength to leave... We've seen Katie in recent televison and she looks miserable. She's lost a lot of weight. We've seen her with purple hands." According to the anti-Scientology crowd, they are are worried about Katie and her two-year-old daughter Suri. They also alleged to OK! that the Church of Scientologists had been attempting to stop the protest."

One demonstrator said:

“We are not boycotting Katie, we are not boycotting the play - we are protesting Scientology. It is evil. Scientology kills people. It follows you home at night. It is perverted.”

I blame Tom Cruise. Remember when Katie Holmes was cute and perky and was in, you know, movies? Three years later, a protest is more interesting than her play. The only thing of note I know about Scientology is that its banned in Germany. So they might or might not be a cult, I don't care.
