If Lindsay Lohan was thinking about getting her dad Michael Lohan an early Father's Day gift, may I suggest bail money? For the 100,000th time, Michael has been arrested. He was arrested yet again yesterday in New York. This time for violating a restraining order by phoning his ex, Erin Muller, on January 21. Police on Long Island say Michael Lohan was arrested Thursday morning and charged with criminal contempt. I am not sure but I think this is the second time he has been booked for criminal contempt but certainly will not be the last. Last December, Lohan was also arrested for phoning Erin at her job. At that time she also claimed he kicked her in the vagina. For a man who claims to be a minister, abiding by the law must not be part of his belief system. AP report:

Police on New York's Long Island say Michael Lohan was arrested Thursday morning and charged with criminal contempt. Police did not provide further details.

Bryan Konoski, an attorney for Lohan's ex-girlfriend Erin Muller, has told the New York Post that Lohan allegedly phoned Muller at work Jan. 21. That would violate an order of protection.

Lohan had been arrested on a similar charge in December.

In June, a judge said Lohan would avoid prosecution on an aggravated harassment charge if he stayed out of trouble for a year. Lohan denied he threatened to kill his girlfriend and himself if she left him.

Lohan's attorney had said his client is the victim of fabrications.

Wow, that was close. January was almost over without a Lohan being arrested. The monthly streak was almost broken. Lohan was most recently reported making plans to move to the West Coast with his new girlfriend, Kate Major. So his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller can finally sleep a bit easier knowing he is a few thousands miles away. I mean nothing about Michael Lohan suggests he is a crazed loose cannon who will show up at her house and kick her in the vagina. Again! Hopefully Michael know about the three strikes law in California. And people wonder why Lindsey is so messed up. If your family was like hers you would be a disaster too! Mommy zombie no more? Katie Holmes somehow convinced Tom Cruise to enroll their daughter Suri Cruise in a Boston Catholic pre-school which of course is not a Scientologist school. Rumors were Tom and Katie Holmes were in a heated battle over what school their daughter, Suri Cruise, should attend. It seems Cruise wants his daughter to follow his religion of "Scientology" and Katie wants Suri to be raised in a "Catholic" setting as she was. The battle lines have been drawn and it looks like Katie Holmes can claim victory. Suri Cruise will begin attending Catholic School soon. Clearly Katie has a set of incriminating photos of Tom having gay sex with a firefighter locked away in a safe somewhere. The Church of Scientology has always been a bone of contention between the couple and Tom wanted three-year-old Suri to be raised a Scientologist.

But last week Katie enrolled the toddler at the Catholic Charities Yawkey Centre For Early Education And Learning in Boston, Massachusetts. The family are living in the city while Tom, 47, films his new movie, the spy comedy thriller Wichita. Katie’s mother also flew in for her granddaughter’s first week at the pre-school.

"Katie has been listening to her parents who are devout Catholics," I’m told. "She is not convinced by Scientology and has told Tom that she wants Suri to be educated as a Catholic - as she was. They had been having huge problems agreeing on her school. To say they were having arguments is putting it mildly - but Tom came around to the idea in the end."

Holmes, 30, has not been seen at the Church of Scientology for more than five months.

Tom and Katie have been rumored to be fighting quite a bit over their differing Religions. So it is good to see Katie putting her foot down about something as important as religion. At least now, instead of being brainwashed by a ridiculous Hollywood celebrity cult that teaches about spaceships, aliens, and mind-control, Suri will be taught about something much more believable like a guy who was conceived without sex, came back to life three days after being killed, and then nailed 72 virgins in Heaven. Wait, I think I'm mixing my religions again... Katie was one of the cutest actress in Hollywood before she hooked up with Tom, and became mommy zombie. Azharuddin Mohammed, the kid from the award winning movie Slumdog Millionaire is not doing great. His father welcomed the little thespian home yestuday by slapping him in the face and kicking him. The Sun has pictures of 10-year old Slumdog Millionaire actor, Azharuddin Mohammed, being beaten by his father yesterday after the boy refused to be put on display outside his family's home in the Dharavi slum in Bandra, Mumbai. The child actor was greeted by a massive crowd sprawled onto the roads causing nasty traffic jams outside his shanty in the slums as he arrived home with loudspeakers blared ‘Ringa Ringa’ and ‘Jai Ho.’ The abuse started when Mohammed’s dad, Ismail, became enraged after he told Azharuddin he wanted to be left alone after his long flight home from LA to India and didn’t want to be put on display outside of his home. Which is a tent, no joke. The Sun report:

Azharuddin, who had been given a day off school, was tired after his long haul flight from LA and prolonged hero’s welcome amid a media scrum yesterday. And when he refused to be put on display outside his home this afternoon, his father lashed out, kicking and slapping him round the face. His mother cried out for him to stop, but Ismail continued to dish out the physical punishment to the child-star. Azharuddin stood up to his dad, flaring the temper of 45-year-old Ismail, who launched himself at the lad shamelessly. Azharuddin yelped out as he tried to evade the older man's flailing hands and feet. He dashed into the tent that makes up his family home, followed by his father, where the young Slumdog star tried to cower in the corner. Azharuddin grabbed his face in pain and then ran off to cry. "Azharruddin’s father was upset that he was asking to be left alone because he was tired," said one shocked onlooker. "He didn’t attend school today so that he could recover from his long flight from LA and simply wanted all the attention to stop. "However, when Azharuddin put his foot down and said that was it and there was to be no more talking, Ismail just flipped."

Wow, last week this kid was walking down the red carpet with the biggest celebrities in the world for the greatest Hollywood event of the year, and now he's getting beat public in broad daylight by his father in the slums of India. The people who are making millions from the movie should be feeling a bit shameful today. This kid was in a star in an Oscar winning movie and he still lives in a tent.
