At this point, the leaking of the sex video he made with his mistress Rielle Hunter is the least of his worries. Apparently, getting money was not a problem during his run for the White House. But apparently when people give you a shitload of money for your political campaign to hide your mistress that is a problem especially when you don't report the income to the IRS and a problem with the FBI if you don't fill out those pesty disclosure forums. The grand jury has been meeting since April 2009, and insiders say an indictment is imminent.

"John is terrified that he's going to be indicted," a friend told The ENQUIRER.

"While he believes he's done nothing illegal in trying to hide his extramarital affair with Rielle and their daughter, he thinks the Feds are going to make an example of him."

So John Edwards might be hearing those three little words which strike fear into the hearts of politicians everywhere: "You are indicted." That's one expensive piece of pussy. Don't know what guys like John and Tiger are thinking. You'd be better off picking up a hooker. The payout amounts/hush money are MUCH less. Now it is all IRS and money stuff. Hey, when you knock up your girlfriend and you don't want voters to know, it gets expensive. The Church of Scientology has always been a bone of contention between the couple and Tom wanted three-year-old Suri to be raised a Scientologist.

But last week Katie enrolled the toddler at the Catholic Charities Yawkey Centre For Early Education And Learning in Boston, Massachusetts. The family are living in the city while Tom, 47, films his new movie, the spy comedy thriller Wichita. Katie’s mother also flew in for her granddaughter’s first week at the pre-school.

"Katie has been listening to her parents who are devout Catholics," I’m told. "She is not convinced by Scientology and has told Tom that she wants Suri to be educated as a Catholic - as she was. Some Obama supporters have an odd way of showing him their love. A Chicago man with a history of mental illness was arrested for sending President Barack Hussein Obama a letter smeared with HIV-infected blood in the lead-up to the inauguration. Saad Hussein, an Ethiopian refugee in his late 20s, sent a letter addressed to Barack Obama to the offices of the Illinois government in the weeks before the US President's inauguration in December. The letter contained a two-page note, a Christmas card, some index cards and one admission ticket to Obama’s election-night celebration in Grant Park — all smeared with reddish and orangeish stains from what tests show to be HIV-infected blood.

Hussein told the FBI that he is an "admirer" of Obama. He also said that he was "seeking help from the government", and that he was hoping to obtain tickets to the inauguration in Washington D.C. Hussein, who says he is infected with HIV, told police he slashed his own fingers open with a razor and smeared the blood over the items. From the Cleveland Leader:

Mary-Kate Olsen has refused to be interviewed by federal investigators probing the accidental drug overdose death of her close friend Heath Ledger unless she receives immunity from prosecution. Mary Kate Olsen has always been secretive about Heath Ledger’s death. People speculated they two were dating, but could there be more to the story? New York Post is reporting that the young actress is refusing to speak with federal investigators as part of their probe into Heath Ledger's death without being first granted immunity from prosecution. During the initial investigation, the NYPD didn't interview Olsen although her masseuse found Ledger's body, and instead of calling 911 when she got the call from her masseuse, Olsen told her bodyguards to go Ledger's apartment. Yeah, the feds want to know that the fuck was up with that. But Mary-Kate’s lawyer has repeatedly refused attempts by the Feds to question Olsen.

The actress' lawyer has repeatedly rebuffed attempts by the feds to question Olsen, who was the first person called after her masseuse discovered Ledger's body in his SoHo apartment in January. Frustrated federal officials could obtain a grand-jury subpoena to compel the funky "Full House" actress to tell them whatever she knows about the "Dark Knight" star's behavior, his possible drug use and the events of that fateful morning, according to sources."

The crux of the federal investigation is exactly how Ledger obtained the OxyContin found in his room without a prescription. Everyone has been cooperative, except for Olsen:

Ms. [Michelle] Williams was extremely nice and cooperative," a source said. Another added, "Everyone has been very eager to help, saying what a great guy Heath Ledger was, everyone except Mary-Kate, who has refused to speak." Federal investigators have been frustrated with Mary Kate’s refusal to talk, and could obtain a grand-jury subpoena to force the “Full House” actress to tell them whatever she knows about the “Dark Knight” star’s behavior, his possible drug use and the events of the morning Ledger died.

Investigators have already interviewed everyone close to Heath Ledger and his death, including his doctors, the masseuse, bodyguards, housekeepers, business associates and even the mother of his 2-year-old daughter, Matilda, his “Brokeback Mountain” co-star Michelle Williams.

“Ms. Williams was extremely nice and cooperative,” a source said.

A source confirms, “Everyone has been very eager to help, saying what a great guy Heath Ledger was, everyone except Mary-Kate, who has refused to speak.”

That source explained that Olsen would be the final witness they need to conclude their investigation into where he got his drugs and medicines.

Heath Ledger, whose performance as the Joker in “The Dark Knight” has started Oscar buzz - died of a cocktail of prescription drugs and OxyContin, the latter of which was likely obtained illegally.

Some sources close to Ledger say he was taking these medications because of his insomnia. Many speculated he had gotten so into his “Joker” character, that it was affecting him personally.

Heath Ledger’s death was ruled an accidental drug overdose by the medical examiner.

New York Police Department investigators closed their questioning without interviewing Olsen because, they said, they got all the cooperation they needed from others. Their decision, however, surprised some observers, considering Olsen’s role as a potential witness.

Many people found it strange that after getting the call from her masseuse, Olsen telephoned her bodyguards in New York, telling them to hurry to Ledger’s home, where they arrived just as paramedics got to the scene.

The US Drug Enforcement Administration, which opened an investigation to determine the sources of Ledger’s drugs, was not as easy-going as the NYPD about talking to Mary Kate Olsen.

The feds contacted her lawyer, Michael Miller, several times recently seeking her cooperation, but Miller has told the feds Olsen won’t be interviewed unless she gets immunity, exercising her constitutional rights.

According to sources, all of the drugs in Ledger’s body and discovered nearby in prescription bottles were legally obtained from two physicians, except for the oxycontin, a powerful painkiller.

Investigators “are trying to ID the source of the OxyContin,” a source said. “Did it come from a dealer, from a friend? If he had a bottle from a friend, was it taken by someone else before police responded? That is what is trying to be determined.”

DEA investigators were also aggressive with the NYPD, the sources said, and were forced to threaten to obtain a grand-jury subpoena before receiving the Heath Ledger files.

An NYPD spokesman said the department never balked at handing over the files and did so after receiving a routine federal administrative subpoena.

When questioned about asking for immunity for his client, Mary Kate Olsen’s lawyer said, “We are not going to comment on whether there is a criminal investigation,” and would not comment further.

Most of us baffled by Mary Kate Olsen’s request for immunity wonder what she is hiding? Did she tamper with the crime scene? Or was she the one that gave the Oxycontin to Heath? Or was there a romantic relationship she doesn’t want discovered?

Mary-Kate Olsen doesn't know where Heath Ledger got the drugs that killed him, and has already provided investigators with "relevant information," her lawyer says in a statement.

"Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them," said the statement from attorney Michael C. Miller on Monday.

Federal agents have identified the two doctors who prescribed Ledger the drugs that were found in his home at the time of his death, however, they still don't know how he obtained OxyContin, a powerful painkiller that showed up in the actor's autopsy. New York Police Department officials closed their case without talking to Olsen, but the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration reportedly wants to speak to her regarding her involvement with the actor.
