Heather Locklear Got Arrested and Mugshot for DUI

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

I see HOT lesbian prison sex in someone's future. Heather Locklear was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance over the weekend. She was picked up in Montecito after someone called 911 to report an erratic driver. Police pulled her over after receiving the report that she was driving erratically. Police believed she wasn’t drunk, but rather under the influence of prescription medication. The LA Times reports:
Locklear showed bizarre behavior, driving back and forth over a pair of sunglasses on the pavement and revving her engine. After leaving the parking lot, she stopped her car on the street and stumbled into the traffic lane, according to the caller, who followed Locklear out of concern, Marshall said.
When the CHP officer arrived, Locklear's car was parked on State Route 192 partially blocking a lane, Marshall said. The officer talked to her and determined that she was disoriented and "under the influence of something." She was taken to the CHP's Santa Barbara-area office to be tested for alcohol and drugs.
Locklear tested negative for alcohol. Other drug tests will be returned in a few days, Marshall said.
Judging by her mugshot, there's no way Heather Locklear will even realize she's been arrested until at least Wednesday - of next week. On that note, I'm convinced she's either trying to steal my soul or order a pineapple pizza telepathically. Click on pictures to enlarge.

The Daily Mail has more details on what led up to Heather Locklear’s DUI arrest on Saturday in Santa Barbara, California. Witnesses say Heather was “revving her engine loudly and repeatedly reversing over a pair of sunglasses in a car park in SB.” She then parked on the highway and “stumbled into traffic.”

The former Melrose Place actress was booked on Saturday night having been "driving erratically" in the coastal area.

A witness said Locklear was revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times.

The witness called for 911 because she was concerned for Locklear's safety. When a CHP officer arrived, Locklear was found seated inside her vehicle, which was partially blocking the roadway.

Appearing ‘disoriented and impaired’, the 47-year-old was taken to a local CHP station for drug and alcohol tests.

Her arrest comes just two months after she left an Arizona clinic having received four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression.

A CHP officer was also caught taking pictures of Heather with their cellphone during the arrest. Officials claim he was documenting the scene, but others at CHP say officers aren’t allowed to use their personal cells, especially when they are arresting a celebrity. The videos and photos are being turned over to the D.A.

The details: "Around 4:30 p.m., a female witness saw Heather Locklear driving erratically while leaving a parking lot in Montecito," California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall told People magazine. Soon after, the witness -- who apparently didn't recognize the actress -- spotted Locklear, 47, stopped on a nearby highway, exiting her vehicle. Because Locklear appeared "disoriented and impaired," she was taken to a local California Highway Patrol station and drug and alcohol tests were administered, Marshall said. The actress was cooperative. "Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer's observations, we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication," Marshall added. Locklear was booked and released.

She has been battling a raft of personal problems since her divorce from rocker Richie Sambora.

Heather Deen Locklear (born September 25, 1961 in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.) is a six time-Golden Globe-nominated American actress. She is primarily known for her television work, her most notable roles being Sammy Jo Carrington on the 1980s soap opera Dynasty, Officer Stacy Sheridan in the 1980s cop drama T.J. Hooker, Amanda Woodward on the 1990s soap opera Melrose Place, and Caitlin Moore on the sitcom Spin City. blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

While attending the University of California, Los Angeles, Locklear began modeling and working in commercials for the school store. She was a member of the Chi Omega sorority at the University of California. In 1979, Locklear landed her first roles appearing in Tales of the Unexpected, and an episode of CHiPs a year later. She landed a few more bit parts in shows, including Eight Is Enough, before Aaron Spelling cast her in the role of Sammy Jo Dean during the second season of his TV series Dynasty. It would be the beginning of a highly successful long-term collaboration with Spelling who, the following year, cast her in the cop show T.J. Hooker with William Shatner. Until the mid 1980s, Locklear would appear as a series regular on T.J. Hooker while making semi-regular appearances on Dynasty. She later became a full-time cast member on Dynasty until its cancellation in 1989.

In the 1990s, after the failed sitcom Going Places and the 3 hour mini-series Dynasty: The Reunion, Locklear went on to play another of her best known roles, that of scheming vixen Amanda Woodward on the primetime soap opera Melrose Place. She was originally brought in as a guest star in an attempt to boost the ratings, and her billing in the credits reflected this. Despite eventually becoming a regular cast member in 1993, she continued to be listed as a "Special Guest Star" throughout the entire run of the series until its cancellation in 1999. Locklear also won First Americans in the Arts: Best Actress in a TV series for her role on Melrose Place. After the show ended, she was immediately cast on the TV sitcom, Spin City, opposite Michael J. Fox. She was also one of the candidates for the lead role as single mother Susan Mayer on the popular dramedy series, Desperate Housewives, but had lost the role to Teri Hatcher. Locklear starred in the short-lived drama LAX in 2004. blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Mary-Kate Olsen Wants Immunity in Heath Ledger's Death Investigation, She is Hiding Something

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Did Mary-Kate Olsen give Heath Ledger the OxyContin that killed him?

Mary-Kate Olsen
has refused to be interviewed by federal investigators probing the accidental drug overdose death of her close friend Heath Ledger unless she receives immunity from prosecution. Mary Kate Olsen has always been secretive about Heath Ledger’s death. People speculated they two were dating, but could there be more to the story? New York Post is reporting that the young actress is refusing to speak with federal investigators as part of their probe into Heath Ledger's death without being first granted immunity from prosecution. During the initial investigation, the NYPD didn't interview Olsen although her masseuse found Ledger's body, and instead of calling 911 when she got the call from her masseuse, Olsen told her bodyguards to go Ledger's apartment. Yeah, the feds want to know that the fuck was up with that. But Mary-Kate’s lawyer has repeatedly refused attempts by the Feds to question Olsen.
The actress' lawyer has repeatedly rebuffed attempts by the feds to question Olsen, who was the first person called after her masseuse discovered Ledger's body in his SoHo apartment in January. Frustrated federal officials could obtain a grand-jury subpoena to compel the funky "Full House" actress to tell them whatever she knows about the "Dark Knight" star's behavior, his possible drug use and the events of that fateful morning, according to sources."

The crux of the federal investigation is exactly how Ledger obtained the OxyContin found in his room without a prescription. Everyone has been cooperative, except for Olsen:

Ms. [Michelle] Williams was extremely nice and cooperative," a source said. Another added, "Everyone has been very eager to help, saying what a great guy Heath Ledger was, everyone except Mary-Kate, who has refused to speak." That source explained that Olsen would be the final witness they need to conclude their investigation into where he got his drugs and medicines. Ledger - whose performance as the Joker in "The Dark Knight" has ignited Oscar buzz - died of a potent cocktail of prescription drugs and OxyContin, the latter of which was likely obtained illegally."

Mary-Kate Olsen is refusing to be interviewed by investigators about Heath Ledger's accidental overdose until she's granted immunity from prosecution. What is Mary-Kate hiding that would make her fear prosecution? Did Mary-Kate do something illegal that resulted in Heath’s death, or did she not call for help that could have prevented Heath’s death? I don't want to jump to conclusions here, but if you're running short on OxyContin or cocaine, you could have worse ideas than calling Mary-Kate Olsen. That is of course if her role of "tampon" in the women's prison play doesn't create any scheduling conflicts. Click on pictures to enlarge.

The lawyer for Mary Kate Olsen has repeatedly “shot down” attempts by the feds to question Olsen, who was the first person called after her masseuse discovered Ledger’s body in his SoHo apartment in January.

Federal investigators have been frustrated with Mary Kate’s refusal to talk, and could obtain a grand-jury subpoena to force the “Full House” actress to tell them whatever she knows about the “Dark Knight” star’s behavior, his possible drug use and the events of the morning Ledger died.

Investigators have already interviewed everyone close to Heath Ledger and his death, including his doctors, the masseuse, bodyguards, housekeepers, business associates and even the mother of his 2-year-old daughter, Matilda, his “Brokeback Mountain” co-star Michelle Williams.

“Ms. Williams was extremely nice and cooperative,” a source said.

A source confirms, “Everyone has been very eager to help, saying what a great guy Heath Ledger was, everyone except Mary-Kate, who has refused to speak.”

That source explained that Olsen would be the final witness they need to conclude their investigation into where he got his drugs and medicines.

Heath Ledger, whose performance as the Joker in “The Dark Knight” has started Oscar buzz - died of a cocktail of prescription drugs and OxyContin, the latter of which was likely obtained illegally.

Some sources close to Ledger say he was taking these medications because of his insomnia. Many speculated he had gotten so into his “Joker” character, that it was affecting him personally.

Heath Ledger’s death was ruled an accidental drug overdose by the medical examiner.

New York Police Department investigators closed their questioning without interviewing Olsen because, they said, they got all the cooperation they needed from others. Their decision, however, surprised some observers, considering Olsen’s role as a potential witness.

Many people found it strange that after getting the call from her masseuse, Olsen telephoned her bodyguards in New York, telling them to hurry to Ledger’s home, where they arrived just as paramedics got to the scene.

The US Drug Enforcement Administration, which opened an investigation to determine the sources of Ledger’s drugs, was not as easy-going as the NYPD about talking to Mary Kate Olsen.

The feds contacted her lawyer, Michael Miller, several times recently seeking her cooperation, but Miller has told the feds Olsen won’t be interviewed unless she gets immunity, exercising her constitutional rights.

According to sources, all of the drugs in Ledger’s body and discovered nearby in prescription bottles were legally obtained from two physicians, except for the oxycontin, a powerful painkiller.

Investigators “are trying to ID the source of the OxyContin,” a source said. “Did it come from a dealer, from a friend? If he had a bottle from a friend, was it taken by someone else before police responded? That is what is trying to be determined.”

DEA investigators were also aggressive with the NYPD, the sources said, and were forced to threaten to obtain a grand-jury subpoena before receiving the Heath Ledger files.

An NYPD spokesman said the department never balked at handing over the files and did so after receiving a routine federal administrative subpoena.

When questioned about asking for immunity for his client, Mary Kate Olsen’s lawyer said, “We are not going to comment on whether there is a criminal investigation,” and would not comment further.

Most of us baffled by Mary Kate Olsen’s request for immunity wonder what she is hiding? Did she tamper with the crime scene? Or was she the one that gave the Oxycontin to Heath? Or was there a romantic relationship she doesn’t want discovered?

Mary-Kate Olsen doesn't know where Heath Ledger got the drugs that killed him, and has already provided investigators with "relevant information," her lawyer says in a statement.

"Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them," said the statement from attorney Michael C. Miller on Monday.

Federal agents have identified the two doctors who prescribed Ledger the drugs that were found in his home at the time of his death, however, they still don't know how he obtained OxyContin, a powerful painkiller that showed up in the actor's autopsy. New York Police Department officials closed their case without talking to Olsen, but the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration reportedly wants to speak to her regarding her involvement with the actor.

Shia LaBeouf Arrested for DUI, See His Accident Scene

Source:

Shia LaBeouf
was arrested for DUI around 2:30 am Sunday morning in Los Angeles. Shia made an illegal left turn with his Ford F-150 pickup in front of an oncoming car, and the two car collided, causing Shia’s pickup to roll. Officers who responded said Shia showed obvious signs of being drunk. After looking at his wrecked trunk, I must say he is a cool dude. He must have been wasted out of his mind to get his truck on its roof.

Mugshot

The woman in Shia’s car, and the woman driver of the other car, were both treated at the hospital and released with bumps and bruises. Shia hurt his left hand so badly he had to be taken to surgery this morning, so he remains at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. A spokesman for the Sheriff’s department claims another driver ran a red light and hit LaBeouf’s truck.

Since Shia was the only person seriously hurt police decided to charge his with only a misdemeanor DUI rather than a felony DUI.

LaBeouf injured his left hand and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for surgery, according to Sgt. Kristin Aloma of the sheriff’s West Hollywood station. LaBeouf’s passenger and the other driver, both women, were treated for minor injuries and released from Cedars.

LaBeouf, 22, “was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication,” Aloma said. He was cited for misdemeanor drunken driving instead of felony drunken driving because the injuries suffered by the others were minor, she explained.

So far drinking has caused Shia to make an embarrassing video where his friend punched him in the face at his request, and to get arrested at a Walgreens in chicago. The mug shot above is from the Walgreens arrest. Shia was also fined for smoking in a no smoking area by police. It looks like he needs some help kicking his legal addictions before he gets into much more serious trouble. Click on pictures to enlarge.

This dude is a danger to society but his COOL factor jumped 100% after seeing the truck upside down. Shia LaBeouf flipped his truck on a city street because he was drunk as hell, but he lives in L.A. and he is an actor, so the police gave him a massage and a pedicure at the scene, but exactly how drunk was he? Um, very. Page Six says:
Moments before he got in a crash Saturday night that ended with him being charged with DUI, "Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf was "pounding shots and acting really crazy" at LA bar Troubadour, spies said. "He was pounding drinks and shots while listening to the band Lemon Sun before he took off," said one....LaBeouf apparently picked up his partying ways from his father. He tells this month's Details he used to drink and smoke with his dad, a former heroin junkie who now lives in LaBeouf's garage. "We would drink together and smoke together, and it's just a bad deal. It's not something that is conducive to being a role model...And I don't know how to do it like a gentleman. I don't know how to have one drink."

Transformers 2 filming has been put on hold while everyone waits for Shia LaBeouf to recover from the injury to his left hand, which required extensive surgery today. It’s a good thing Shia is insured for this type of thing, but that insurance is about to get more expensive with DUI charges pending.

Shia’s publicist released the following statement regarding Shia’s DUI arrest, hospitalization, and surgery:

"Attorneys for Mr. LaBeouf confirm that an automobile accident involving an additional party occurred early morning in Los Angeles on July 27, 2008. Shia is currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month. No further comment will be issued at this time."

Lindsay Lohan cannot find work on big films anymore, because her insurance is too expensive after her DUI’s, and other rehab related problems. Shia had better get some help now before he ends up in the same position as Lindsay. Shia is his own worst enemy.

Shia Saide LaBeouf (pronounced /ˈʃaɪə ləˈbʌf/ "SHY-uh luh-BUFF"; born June 11, 1986 in Los Angeles, California) is a Daytime Emmy Award and BAFTA-winning American actor and comedian. blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

After growing up in California, LaBeouf became known with a starring role in the Disney Channel series Even Stevens. He made the transition to film roles with Holes, a box office success, and supporting roles in Constantine and I, Robot.

Following LaBeouf's lead role in The Greatest Game Ever Played, film producer and director Steven Spielberg cast him in starring roles in the 2007 films Disturbia and Transformers. LaBeouf also worked with Spielberg in 2008's Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and Eagle Eye. Several media publications have speculated that LaBeouf, whose screen persona was described by Time magazine as that of the "scrappy kid next door", would become a major film star throughout 2008. blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Dark Knight Star Christian Bale Has Been Arrested For Assault

Source:
GutterUncensored.com

The Dark Knight star, Christian Bale, was arrested by London police today after his mother and sister told authorities that the actor assaulted them. Police were actually going to arrest Bale yesterday, but felt doing so during the European premiere of the biggest movie of the year might have been embarrassing. Out of courtesy, the UK police took him into custody for questioning only after the Dark Knight premiered. I think I speak for everyone when I say "What...the...fuck...?" The Sun UK reports:
He is alleged to have lashed out on Sunday night at Park Lane's Dorchester Hotel - where he has a suite. Mum Jenny, 61, and sister Sharon, 40, who lives in Dorset, went to a police station in Hampshire yesterday to lodge the allegation. The matter was referred to the Met Police. Detectives, well aware of last night's glittering bash, took the decision not to approach Bale yesterday. But they are expected to make attempts to quiz the Wales-born actor today. A source said: "It was a very difficult situation but it would have been wrong to have wrecked the premiere over a complaint which we don't yet know is founded in truth. "But Mr Bale will be contacted at the earliest opportunity and be asked to provide an account of anything that happened." A Met Police spokesman said: "We can confirm we have received allegation from another force in relation to an alleged incident in central London."

He is alleged to have lashed out on Sunday night at Park Lane’s Dorchester Hotel — where he has a suite.

A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: “A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment.

“He was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. He currently remains in custody.”

Christian Bale was picked up by Scotland Yard this morning after his mother and sister claimed he assaulted them in his London hotel room Sunday night. Police didn't arrest Christian for questioning yesterday because of The Dark Knight premiere. Also, he's not considered a flight risk (Really? Batman?) and the cops don't quite believe the seriousness of the allegations. Little is known about Christian Bale’s character because he makes every attempt to stay out of the spotlight. So, there’s no way to even begin to judge the veracity of this claim. Although, Bale seems like one of the normal actors in Hollywood, so I hope this is just one big misunderstanding. If not, I really hope he used his Batman voice. Girls always get scared when I use that voice. Here is Christian Bale at the London premiere of The Dark Knight last night. Click on pictures to enlarge.

UPDATE: TMZ is reporting the alleged assault was most likely verbal which apparently you can get arrested for in England. Ah, those wacky Brits. Christian Bale has already been released and his reps issued the following statement: "Mr. Bale, who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale."

Christian Charles Philip Bale (also known professionally as Christian Morgan Bale; born January 30, 1974 in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales) is an English actor whose film credits include Empire of the Sun, The Prestige, American Psycho, Equilibrium, 3:10 To Yuma, The Machinist, Batman Begins, Captain Corelli's Mandolin, The Dark Knight and the upcoming film Terminator Salvation, where he will play the role of John Connor. Bale is known for his mastery of accents and harsh regimens of shedding and gaining weight (particularly for The Machinist, Batman Begins and, most recently, Rescue Dawn). Before he found success in playing Batman, he was heavily involved in independent films.

Bale first caught the public eye when he was cast in the starring role of Steven Spielberg's Empire of the Sun at the age of 13, playing an English boy who becomes separated from his parents and subsequently finds himself lost in a Japanese internment camp during World War II. Since then, he has portrayed a wide range of characters. Bale is especially noted for his cult following. The tenth anniversary issue of Entertainment Weekly hailed him as one of the “Top 8 Most Powerful Cult Figures of the Past Decade”, citing his impressive cult status on the Internet. In a 2007 poll of IMDb users, he was voted their favourite actor who is under 40. Entertainment Weekly also called Bale one of the “Most Creative People in Entertainment,” after his dynamic performance in American Psycho. blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com
