The already crazy Rihanna-Chris Brown abuse saga just took a turn for the ridiculous as new reports are claiming that there is a very good chance Chris won't be charged. And Brown's court day may be postponed due to lack of evidence against him. The latest issue of In Touch reports that no charges have been filed against Chris Brown. Not only that, but an unplanned pregnancy may have prompt the argument that left R&B star Rihanna with a busted face. Friends say Rihanna feared a pregnancy would further strain her already tenuous relationship with the 19-year-old “Run It” star. “She was scared he would react badly,” says an insider. Rihanna told friends: “All I could think was, ‘Oh, my God, I could lose the baby!’” Not only that, Rihanna may not even want to go after him and the DA's office has insufficient evidence to prosecute Brown on their own at this point. However, Chris won’t be getting off that easy. A spokesperson for the DA’s office says that when they do have enough proof, they will be able to charge Brown with or without Rihanna’s help. “It is not up to the victim.” This is classic battered woman syndrome:
In Touch can exclusively reveal that Rihanna has not pressed charges against her alleged attacker, Chris Brown, as of now. "We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case," a spokesperson in the Los Angeles DA's office tells In Touch. But Chris is not necessarily out of hot water, even if Rihanna never files charges. "If the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim."Not enough evidence? What the hell they want? A fucking dead woman... They have the witness who called 911 after hearing the altercation, they can get some of the medical reports with a court order and they have the photographs. In some parts of the world, that would be enough overwhelming evidence to chop off both Brown’s hands after giving him 300 lashing. Click on picture to enlarge.
Really no surprise here, but Chris Brown has been receiving numerous threats ever since he beat the shit out of Rihanna earlier this month. The threats have only gotten worse since the picture showing Rihanna's injuries was leaked last week. Meanwhile, to look good in the press and serve a lighter sentence. Brown opted for anger management at the behest of his new PR spin doctor, Michael Sitrick. Chris doesn't actually have to go by law but Michael Sitrick believes it will make Brown look better to the public, and he wants to try to get in a few classes before March 5, his first court date. FYI, if you beat up a woman and put her in the hospital, a lot of people are gonna want to kick your ass Chris. Screw the PR, just don't beat up your woman.
