Woman Beater Chris Brown Dealing With 5 Year Probation Sentence Well

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Here is Chris Brown celebrating last night at a Hollywood club just hours after being sentenced to five years probation for beating Rihanna. Apparently the he had an entourage of girls with him and many other ladies in the club wanted to be photographed with him. Not bad for a guy who plead guilty to beating up his girlfriend. And just look at him partying up a storm with that huge smile on his face on the day he officially became a felon. The dude seem to be taking the whole felony thing along with the 5 years probation and the 180 days of community that go with it better than I would have with all the other terms and restrictions. RadarOnline reports:
Brown -- wearing a gray vest with a yellow heart on it -- was snapped Tuesday night dancing the night away at a club called Guys and Dolls in Hollywood.
At one point, the Forever singer appears to be on top of a table clapping and singing along with the music. He even had a "dance off" with a guy at the club.
The Forever singer was seen laughing and joking with an entourage of girls, and despite the fact that he pleaded guilty to felony assault, more than a dozen girls took photos with him.

Damn, once you are rich and famous not even your felony assault of your girlfriend can prevent you from getting more girls to basically throw themselves at you. I give it a 50/50 chance he will kill a chick within the next five years. And a 25% chance he will get away with it. Click on pictures to enlarge.

He made his recording debut in late 2005 with Chris Brown at the age of 16. The album featured the hit single "Run It!", which topped the Billboard Hot 100, making Brown the first male artist to have his debut single to top the chart. The album has sold over two million copies in the United States and was certified double Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Woman Beater Chris Brown Got Five Years Probation

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Chris Brown was finally sentenced for that little incident back in February when his fist met Rihanna's face repeatedly. The attack occurred in Los Angeles' Hancock Park neighborhood as Brown drove a rented sports car. A Los Angles police detective described a brutal attack in a search warrant affidavit filed in the case, stating Brown hit, choked and bit Rihanna and tried at one point to push her from the car. Brown's career suffered after his arrest, with sponsors dropping him and radio stations refusing to play his music.

Chris Brown showed up at court yesterday for additional bad news. He will do no prison time, but his probation terms are rough. The singer was placed on just over five years probation and ordered to perform 1,400 hours of "labor-oriented service." His lawyer, Mark Geragos, named the community service program in Virginia in which Brown will be enrolling in a 52-week domestic violence program. The terms also include:
  • Brown is on felony probation for 5 years. He must report to probation within 72 hours.
  • He is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next 5 years.
  • He can’t own any dangerous weapons including guns or knives.
  • He must provide DNA samples as requested by authorities.
  • Brown must complete a 52-week domestic violence program sponsored by the Commonwealth Catholic Charities.
  • Brown must personally go to court every 3 months during his probation. The first appearance will be on November 19.
  • Brown must perform 180 days community labor. Brown can perform his community labor in Virginia.
  • He must pay $2,500 in restitution. Pay another $2,500 in probation expenses. Pay a $30 criminal conviction fee. Pay $400 that will go into a domestic violence fund.
  • Brown must get approval before leaving the country.
  • The judge will issue a protective order to stay 100 yards away from her. He can’t have any contact with her even on the phone or through a third party unless it’s an entertainment related event, in which case, the distance is 10 yards. This will be for the next 5 years.

And if he mess up just a little his ass will be sent straight to prison even if he go through with all that for four years. I don't know about you guys but I would rather do a year in prison rather than deal with this list of things I can't do. Talk about limbo. They should have send him to jail for a few months and get it over already. I am no fan of Chris Brown the damn woman beater but reading that list made my head hurt. I rather get cane like a dog 180 times rather than do 180 days of community slavery.

People who kill other people had easier sentence than this mess. And regarding the last item, Judge Patricia Schnegg said during the sentencing, "I am not immune to the chatter on the airwaves" - almost certainly a reference to reports that Brown and Rihanna are still talking or have even hooked up. The judge implied she’s heard the chatter on the airwaves that Chris Brown and Rihanna are talking again and made it clear that she is not messing around. Click on pictures to enlarge.

Woman Beater Chris Brown Took A Huge Steaming Shit On The American Justice System And Avoid Jail Time in Plea Deal

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

What the fuck? No jail time for Chris Brown. No jail time for almost killing Rihanna. The dude beat then choked her unconscious while threatening to kill her. Michael Vick was sentenced to 23 months in jail for abusing dogs while Chris Brown get not even one month for abusing a woman. Something is so fucking wrong here... Chris Brown avoided jail time today after pleading guilty to the felony assault of Rihanna on February 8. She was at the courthouse to testify if the plea deal wasn't accepted. But he struck a fucking plea. CNN says:
Under terms of the agreement, Brown will serve five years of probation and complete 180 days of community service.

Los Angeles Criminal Court Judge Patricia Schnegg said Brown could apply to have his supervised probation transferred to Virginia, where he maintains his legal residence. He also can complete his community service there, she said, but it would have to meet the court's standards.

"I want Mr. Brown treated as any other defendant who comes to this court," Schnegg said.

Brown must also undergo domestic violence counseling, she said. But the judge noted he has no prior criminal record.
It's good to see that Chris gets to perform the six months of labor in his home state of Virginia. Too often I've found that judges fail to accommodate the needs of felony woman beaters.
He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault -- he pled guilty. He'll get supervised probation. He'll have to come back to court every three months.

He must enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.

This is interesting ... the judge said if Brown and Rihanna are at the same public events, the 50-yard stay away turns into 10 yards. The stay away order lasts 5 years.
The important thing to remember is the message was sent to Chris Brown's male young fans that it is okay to beat your girlfriend because you probably won't go to jail the first time. The only thing that gives me hope that justice will ultimately be served is the five years probation. Five years is a long time to go without punching a bitch in the face for disrespecting you. Chris Brown And Rihanna Reunited And Are "Working Through" Their Issues at P. Diddy's Mansion in Miami

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Who did not see this coming after learning Rihanna is refusing to press charges last week? In what will probably go down as the most stupid and retarded consecutive decisions in the history of mankind, Rihanna is back together with Chris Brown. They are definitely together, so far they have not been seen out in public. Not even three weeks after he choke her out and smashed her face in, Rihanna is back together with Chris Brown. Yes, you heard that right. Rihanna is back together with the man who basically tried to kill her just a few days ago. Chris Brown And Rihanna are said to be "working through" their issues since Friday in Maimi. Yeah, issues like why he tried to kill her and will he try it again in the future. Well, the important thing is that Chris Brown learned a valuable lesson here, he can get away with anything with Rihanna. People reports:

"They're together again. They care for each other," says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs' homes, on Miami Beach's Star Island. Adds the source: "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves." In its latest issue, PEOPLE reports that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. "He called to wish her happy birthday," a source told the magazine. "They've reached out to each other. It's been mutual."

Neither Rihanna nor Chris has made comment on their much publicized reunion. But I'm never going to understand why a woman would willingly go back to a man who beats her, but whatever. To each his own, at least the police murder investigation into the the fort coming tragic death of Rihanna should be easy. Ronald Fenty, the father Rihanna, says he supports his daughter's decision to take Chris Brown back despite their alleged altercation, happening on February 8. Speaking to reporters from his home in Barbados, Ronald says, "I love my daughter with whatever road she takes." "I'm behind her win or lose. I will be supportive. If that's the road she wants to choose, I'm behind her," said Ronald. He added, "I hope to see her soon. I talked to her after her birthday, and she told me she's OK."

Bullshit, everything the father said is crazy bullshit. I wonder if Ronald saw his kid battered woman photo. Daddy need to jump on a plane and fly to Florida to slap some sense into his daughter before she end up dead. She is with a guy that choked her to unconsciousness after puching her a few times in the fucking face. Click on picture to enlarge.

Not Enough Evidence: The Rihanna and Chris Brown Saga is Ridiculous

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

The already crazy Rihanna-Chris Brown abuse saga just took a turn for the ridiculous as new reports are claiming that there is a very good chance Chris won't be charged. And Brown's court day may be postponed due to lack of evidence against him. The latest issue of In Touch reports that no charges have been filed against Chris Brown. Not only that, but an unplanned pregnancy may have prompt the argument that left R&B star Rihanna with a busted face. Friends say Rihanna feared a pregnancy would further strain her already tenuous relationship with the 19-year-old “Run It” star. “She was scared he would react badly,” says an insider. Rihanna told friends: “All I could think was, ‘Oh, my God, I could lose the baby!’” Not only that, Rihanna may not even want to go after him and the DA's office has insufficient evidence to prosecute Brown on their own at this point. However, Chris won’t be getting off that easy. A spokesperson for the DA’s office says that when they do have enough proof, they will be able to charge Brown with or without Rihanna’s help. “It is not up to the victim.” This is classic battered woman syndrome:
In Touch can exclusively reveal that Rihanna has not pressed charges against her alleged attacker, Chris Brown, as of now. "We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case," a spokesperson in the Los Angeles DA's office tells In Touch. But Chris is not necessarily out of hot water, even if Rihanna never files charges. "If the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim."
Not enough evidence? What the hell they want? A fucking dead woman... They have the witness who called 911 after hearing the altercation, they can get some of the medical reports with a court order and they have the photographs. In some parts of the world, that would be enough overwhelming evidence to chop off both Brown’s hands after giving him 300 lashing. Click on picture to enlarge.

Really no surprise here, but Chris Brown has been receiving numerous threats ever since he beat the shit out of Rihanna earlier this month. The threats have only gotten worse since the picture showing Rihanna's injuries was leaked last week. Meanwhile, to look good in the press and serve a lighter sentence. Brown opted for anger management at the behest of his new PR spin doctor, Michael Sitrick. Chris doesn't actually have to go by law but Michael Sitrick believes it will make Brown look better to the public, and he wants to try to get in a few classes before March 5, his first court date. FYI, if you beat up a woman and put her in the hospital, a lot of people are gonna want to kick your ass Chris. Screw the PR, just don't beat up your woman.

Chris Brown Has Changed His Facebook Status To “Single”

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Great news ladies! On his not so private Facebook page, Chris Brown just updated his status to "single." In other totally unrelated news, Rihanna ended up with eyes so swollen that she couldn’t see out of them, contusions on her face, cut lip, bloody nose and bite marks on her fingers and arms. Chris Brown "allegedly" has a history of assaulting Rihanna. So this may not have been the first time Rihanna has been abused by Chris Brown. Two friends tell Us Weekly that late last year, visible bruises were seen on Rihanna’s neck. When asked if everything was alright with her and Chris, Rihanna replied ominously, “We broke up again.” While TMZ refer to the police report where Rihanna claims she's been abused before, Us Weekly reports she had bruises on her neck as recently as December:
Brown -- who is currently being investigated by Los Angeles county prosecutors after Rihanna allegedly accused him of assaulting her the night before the Grammys -- always had a "volatile" relationship with the singer, an insider tells Us.
A Rihanna confidant adds that bruises were clearly visible on the singer's neck in early December.
Alarmed, "I asked is everything was OK with her and Chris," says the pal. "She told me, 'We broke up again.' I didn't pursue the issue further."

Meanwhile, T.I. and actor Terrence Howard have retracted statements they made in support of Chris Brown. Both claim had they known what Chris Brown was accused of they would've never spoken, according to E! News:

When asked by paparazzi last night if he had any comment on the Chris Brown incident with Rihanna, the actor said, "It's just life, man. Chris is a great guy. He'll be all right. And Rihanna knows he loves her. She'll be all right. Just everybody's got to get out of their way." But now, Howard is insisting he didn't know about the allegations made against Brown when he made his remarks.

"When they asked me about Chris Brown the other day, I was in no way aware of what he had been accused of," Howard said in a statement. "Had I known, I would have never had said something so insensitive."
Howard is the second high-profile celeb in as many days to retract remarks they made about Brown and Rihanna.

Rapper T.I. issued a statement yesterday regretting comments he made the night before on Last Call With Carson Daly. T.I. said he "made a mistake of commenting before understanding the situation."
Us Weekly learned through a source that Jay-Z, Rihanna's mentor, was not too happy when he heard what Chris Brown did to Rihanna. "He hit the roof," the source said. "Chris is a walking dead man. He messed with the wrong crew." E! News also reports Chris Brown is hiding out in Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino while waiting for the district attorney's office to file charges, so at least he's having fun. Chris Brown has made his first statement following his alleged beating of superstar girlfriend Rihanna, he posted an update on his private Facebook page reading: "You'll begin to see her true colors. Believe it!" Chris Brown has got to be one of the biggest idiots on the planet I’ve ever seen. First the guy beats the crap out of his girlfriend (allegedly) and now he's going to try and make everyone feel sorry for him and perform the “guilt transferrence” onto Rihanna. Chris Brown Threatened to Kill Rihanna Before Choking Her Out. Chris to Rihanna, "Stop Snitching Bitch"

Source:
blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Things keep getting better for Chris Brown and by "better" I mean "a whole lot worse." The week is just getting progressively worse for Chris Brown as reports now confirmed that he didn't just smack Rihanna around, he beat the shit out of her so bad she may require plastic surgery to fix her face. The Sun report:
Cops took multiple pictures at the scene. Chris Brown allegedly hit Rihanna so hard with his fists, she could barely open her eyes for the photos -- they were almost completely swollen shut. She had a fat lip, her mouth was swollen, her nose was badly bloodied, and she had contusions on her forehead and both sides of her face.

Rihanna is now fully cooperating with police after the DA told them to gather more evidence against Brown. Reports also claimed that Brown actually threatened to kill Rihanna and then choked her into unconsciousness. The two were driving through the Hancock Park neighborhood when they got into an argument according to E! News:
[Brown and Rihanna] began squabbling after leaving Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party late Saturday. Shortly after midnight, things blew up. Brown pulled his silver Lamborghini to the side of a street in L.A.'s Hancock Park neighborhood. That's when, per the source, Rihanna grabbed the car keys and tossed them out the window, sending Brown into a rage.

He tried in vain to find the keys, then came back to the car, put his hands around her neck and, according to the insider, said, "I'm going to kill you!"

According to the source, the 20-year-old "Disturbia" singer told police that she lost , and when she awoke, Brown had fled.

The fight between Rihanna and Chris Brown erupted after Brown received a text message from another woman wanting a booty call. NYDN report:

“He got a booty call. He got a text. Rihanna saw it and she got upset. They started to argue. She got out of the car. He wanted her to get back in, so he grabbed her,” the industry source said. “She pulled away. That’s when she’s told people he hit her.”

“Chris has been trying to contact her. So far she hasn’t taken his call,” the music business source said. “Her family is on their way to be with her. She has some close girlfriend looking after her.”

Rihanna has refused to communicate with Chris Brown. Meanwhile, LAPD has already presented a case to the DA, but the DA sent it back telling them to make their case more solid. A legal expert believes that the DA wants more “witness work” as victims often refuse to testify before trial.

Enough is enough already. I'm sick and tired of all this Chris Brown bashing by 100% of the media. We need to cut the guy some slack already. I mean, who among us can honestly say they've never choked a woman into unconsciousness after threatening her life because she tossed the keys to your Lamborghini? I rest my case. LOL... I bet he thought she was dead after she lost consciousness. The only way this could get any worse for Chris Brown is if Rihanna was pregnant at the time and now she's not. He is facing a lot more than just nine years for domestic violence if these reports are true. I am seeing an attempted murder charge around the corner from the DA. Click on picture to enlarge.
