Wow, that was fast...faster than even I could have expected. And once again pissing in the face of everyone and anyone who tried to help her, Lindsay Lohan may face up to 60 days in jail for failing TWO random drug tests last week... the first failure due to cocaine. Needless to say but a bench of warrants have been issued for Lindsay Lohan today after she violated the terms of her probation by failing the random drug tests. Per the terms of that probation, she automatically has to serve 30 to 60 days in jail. But this is L.A. we are talking about here, so who is to say? Because per the terms of Los Angeles Sheriffs, a 60 day sentence will get turned into a 60 minute wait in his office.
But that damage have already been done... Lindsay Lohans probation has been revoked, warrant issued...she is going back to jail after only three weeks of freedom. Her probation was revoked today and a warrant was issued for her arrest after she failed at least one drug test if not two last week. US Magazine says the warrant will be held until 8:30 a.m. Friday, when she is due to appear in court. Lindsay Lohan admits she failed a drug test on Twitter. Lindsay Lohan went on her Twitter page late Friday night, around 10 pm in LA, and admitted that she failed a drug test.
It was very shocking that Lindsay Lohan admitted to failing a drug test reportedly for cocaine, just three weeks after leaving rehab. Almost as shocking as when she did coke 20 days after leaving a rehab in 2007. But even more shocking is this time her friends (mother and sister) are saying she's really changed, and the way she took responsibility for her actions in her twitter confession proves it. Not only that, but Lindsay has been to AA meetings for the past three days while she waits to see if she’ll be called into court for violating her probation. As long as you ignore when she entered Cirque Lodge in Utah while awaiting charges on her second DUI, or how she entered Pickford Lofts right before her sentencing in July, you have to admit that’s a big step in the right direction. It is just as likely that she wanted to confess to one failed test in hopes the cops don't look any further and find more. She gets 30 days for each violation, maybe this will stop the investigation before it really starts and something more incriminating is found. Anyway, Lindsay Lohan might be a danger to society but she knows how to go braless when wearing a see-through top.
