Britney Spears Drove Over Some Poor Dude's Foot

While leaving a Beverly Hills clinic yesterday, Britney Spears ran over a TMZ videographer’s foot and then just sorta honked her horn at him and drove away. That’s not a look of shock on her face–she’s covering her lips because she just had a collagen injection.
