Okay, late last week someone posted a photo on a popular celebrity gossip website with the claim it is a topless picture of Taylor Swift. I saw the photo on Friday and decided not to post it because I am pretty certain it is not Taylor Swift. But this issue has blown up into a huge scandal after reports today that Taylor Swift is preparing to take legal action over this supposed topless photo. So I have to post it now even though I doubt it is her... The image in question features a topless woman who bears a striking resemblance to Swift and was posted under the headline, "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?" There are thousands of images online claiming to be topless and nudes of Taylor Swift. So things got a bit interesting after the news that Swift's lawyers send a letter to the site demanding it take down the post and this specific image immediately... or else she'll sue for trademark infringement.

In the letter, Swift's legal team says the site contains, "false pornographic images and false 'news" about the singer. Her legal team issued the cease-and-desist letter to the site, saying the woman depicted in the photo is not the country star and should be removed immediately. The Daily Mail reports:

She's known for topping the charts. But Taylor Swift's lawyers say it's not her in a topless photo posted on a gossip website.

The country singer's legal team is threatening to file a trademark-infringement lawsuit against the website Celebrity Jihad, after it posted a picture of a semi-nude woman claiming it is most likely Taylor.

The photo shows a blonde with long, curly hair that the site says 'bears a striking resemblance' to the country cutie posing on a bed with the caption 'Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?'

According to TMZ, Taylor's legal team has fired off an angry letter to Celebrity Jihad saying the woman in the photo is not Taylor and accusing the site of spreading 'false pornographic images' and 'false news.'

The Grammy winner's lawyers are also demanding the picture be taken down.

Yup, her attorneys are waging this legal war to protect her wholesome image. I am just surprise why this particular photo got them so boiled up. There are literally thousands of fake photos with claims that they are nude shots of Taylor Swift circulating on the Internet. I don't think the woman in this photo is Taylor so I have no clue why this particular photo has caused such a huge scandal. there is an awesome German porn movie with a woman in it that also have a striking resemblance to Taylor. Other than the fact that the film was made before Taylor was even born, one would swear it was Taylor speaking German and banging three dude. Maybe Taylor is immoral and was doing porn in the late 70's early 80's. And maybe she has a identical twin sister. But I doubt it... And I doubt it is her in the image casing the scandal today however I am going to share the image with you and let you guys decide for yourselves. Enjoy! Click on pictures to enlarge.

Mostly likely the image above is a fake done with Photoshop or just some chick who look like Taylor. The look-a-like is cute but it would have been an awesome image if it was real. Selena Gomez So Called "Leaked Topless Picture" Is A Fake

Last week, a topless photo surfaced with claims it was from the cellphone of no other than Disney star Selena Gomez. Not too many people paid any attention to it, mainly because everyone with half a brain could tell the nude photo was a fake and could find out it was being featured on a website that specialize in Selena Gomez fake nudes. Yeah, huge disappointment here too... The particular "topless" photo everyone is talking about now has been circulating on the Internet for sometime now (since October 2010 to be exact) purporting to be her but it stayed under the radar of most media outlets.

And then yesturday, Hollyscoop reported it was approached with a supposed topless photo of Selena Gomez that was taken with a camera phone. The story exploded from there... But they said "we're not going to publish the photo because we can't verify that she was over 18 when it was taken." They said the photo was taken inside a bathroom by someone else and Selena is posing in front of a closed door. But regardless, the photo is fake. So the seller was in fact was trying to scam celebrity websites. Sources tell TMZ that Selena and her people are angry that her reputation is being tarnished by a pervert with Photoshop and that any site publishing it will be hit with a cease and desist and possibly a lawsuit. The teen star claims that the topless photo currently circulating the Internet is a fake and her legal team is ready to fight the person responsible for it. Selena's camp says:

"The alleged photo of Selena Gomez is absolutely not her. Selena's family is pursuing all available remedies to deal with the offender."

Selena Gomez is not happy that her reputation is being trashed on the Internet and is ready to take action. TMZ reports:

Sources directly connected with Gomez tell TMZ Selena and company are furious that her reputation is being sullied by some perverts with Photoshop.

We’re told her lawyers are planning on taking action immediately. Standard operating procedure is to fire off a cease and desist letter … followed by a lawsuit.

We didn't think it was real either when we first saw it last week so it wasn't posted….but are now obligated to our readers to report what all the fuzz is about. One clue the picture is fake is the fact that Selena Gomez has a huge mole on her right breast which is visible in all her bikini and cleavage shots. New Miley Cyrus Leaked Nude iPhone Pictures Or Not

Miley Cyrus just turned 18 and already she has got another nude picture scandal on her hands. A Canadian blogger claims to have come upon naked self-shots purportedly taken by Miley with her iPhone. According to the blogger, her iPhone was recently stolen at a party, and the pics have leaked online. Thus causing a huge stir with millions of people searching for the uncensored version of the camwhoring pictures of the famous young star. The NY Daily News is even reporting on the story. The only problem is apparently it is not Miley in the pictures. Many sources claim that the girl in the photo is in fact a 19-year-old "Miley look-a-like" from London.

Anyway, the leaked nude cell phone pics hit the Internet like a wildfire this morning and allegedly show Miley in Madrid, Spain last month for MTV's Europe Music Awards. Conspicuously absent in the photo is Miley's under-breast tattoo, reading "Just Breathe," which can be seen in a number of red-carpet photographs of the star. But the room in the picture is at the Westin Palace where Miley was staying. She also owns a black iPhone, which the picture was taken with. But perhaps the most damming piece of evidence is that the naked girl in the picture is a total slut. And according to ever source, Miley is also a total slut. And she is well known for sexting... It kinda all adds up.

But I am sad to report the picture is just a fake. It is obvious, unless Miley recently remove the stupid tattoo under her left titty. But just in case you don't believe me, only hours after breaking the story the Canadian blogger came clean and posted a correction stating the obvious that it was not her. And it is a good thing too because now we can post it here. If it was real then it would have been taken when she was still only 17 and would have been a no go. The photo was also labeled a fake early this morning by Gossip Cop. However by then it had already gone viral. While Miley's no stranger to photo scandals, this one doesn't seem like the real deal. Gossip Cop reports that Cyrus' reps not only deny there being nude photos of the young star, but are considering legal action.
