Eric Dane And Rebecca Gayheart File $1 Million Lawsuit Over Leaked Nude Threesome Video With Kari Ann Peniche, Download The "Sex Tape" Clip Here

Source: blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart have filed a $1 million lawsuit against Gawker Media and Mark Ebner for posting the infamous nude video of the couple with Kari Ann Peniche. Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane and his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart, starred in the sex tape leaked online last month. The couple teamed up with former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche for a threesome and filmed the tryst. The married couple and Peniche pass around the camera at the 25-year-old ex-beauty queen's Studio City apartment. In the clip, they appear intoxicated as they take a bath in a jacuzzi tub and lay around naked in bed while discussing their porn names. The clip below is a shortened version of the 12-minute original sex tape which stars Gayheart and Dane who married in 2004 with Peniche.

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are suing Gawker for publishing their non sex sex-tape that was leaked last month. In the suit filed Wednesday, they claim Gawker "unlawfully posted almost 4 minutes of the private video that was shot behind closed doors," and "maliciously" distributed the video and included nude shots of the fabulous threesome — the third wheel in the threesome was former Miss Teen U.S.A. Kari Ann Peniche. But this lawsuit is going no where according to First Amendment lawyers. Unless the couple can prove the website was behind the theft of the video.

Dane and Gayheart, "were partially and sometimes fully disrobed in the video, recorded it behind locked doors in Peniche’s bedroom," the lawsuit reported. The couple is asking for $1 million in damages. Marty Singer, their lawyer, asked for an injunction to have the video pulled from Gawker. Radar Online report:

The suit alleges that Ebner brought the tape to Gawker, which posted it "on or about" August 17 of this year, violating the plaintiffs' copyright.

The defendants were served with a takedown notice the same day the tape was posted but the lawsuit states, "In brazen disregard for Plaintiffs' legal rights and personal privacy, Gawker not only refused to comply...but went on to maliciously distribute an uncensored copy of the Video."

The suit, filed by top Los Angeles firm Lavely & Singer, says the plaintiff's were damaged in excess of $1 million. It also says Dane and Gayheart registered the tape with the United States Copyright office and want a jury trial.

Ebner is accused of obtaining the video and giving it to Gawker. The tape, according to the suit, "as a direct consequence of Defendants' despicable misconduct, is now available on countless other adult sites on the Internet."

Nice, Dane and Gayheart registered their drugged up non-sex tape with the United States Copyright office after it was leaked. How pathetic are these two? They have no case to speak of but the damn crackeads don't even realize it. Gawker boss Nick Denton responded over Twitter, "To quote the great Marty Singer — Eric Dane’s lawyer — if you don’t want a sex tape on the internet, ‘don’t make one!'" Then they linked to the video again. Obviously, Gawker is scared to dead. LOL...

In totally unrelated attention whoring news, Grey’s Anatomy premieres tonight. Anyway, the so called se tape has been re-uploaded below. This version is slightly more revealing that the first version. Click on pictures to enlarge.

Eric Dane And Rebecca Gayheart in a Threesome Sex Tape Clip with Former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche

Source: blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane and his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart, are the stars of a new sex tape leaked online.

The sex tape footage clip of the full sextape features the intoxicated threesome passing a camera around and dreaming up porn names for each other. Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Ann Peniche are seen naked sharing a bathtub, while Eric films them at the end of the video. The 3-and-a-half-minute video available for download below is a clip cut down from roughly 12 minute of footage. Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen USA / Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche are reportly engaged in a threesome and filmed a sex tape together. A lot of drugs were apparently involved.

For those of you that are not familiar with Rabecca Gayheart, she is a 38 year-old model and actress who had her first big break in 1992 as the Noxema Girl, and aside from accidentally killing a 9 year-old boy crossing the street, she's made a career of film and TV roles here and there. Eric Dane, 36 year-old, best known for his role as "Dr. McSteamy" on Grey's Anatomy is the man in the middle. Kari Ann was Miss Teen USA but was stripped of her the title after posing naked in the November 2004 issue of Playboy. She was engaged to the Aaron Carter for a short period. She is reportedly been turning tricks as a high-price Hollywood prostitute among engaging in other illegal activities to make a living.

Kari Ann claim the video was stored on the hard drive of her computer, but stolen by Mindy McCready, who was her roommate after the two completed a stint on the TV show "Celebrity Rehab." Kari Ann says she got into an argument with McCready over money and believes the singer took her hard drive when she moved out. Keri Ann freaked out about certain personal information about her on the hard drive and filed a stolen property report with the LAPD.

According to reports after ingesting a boatload of mind-altering drugs, a nude Eric Dane nailed his wife Rebecca Gayheart and beauty-queen-turned-Hollywood-madam Kari Ann Peniche. While debating the best porn star names of course. Dane and Gayheart's lawyer Marty Singer insists he will sue anyone who publishes the "private, confidential tape," adding "from what I've seen, it's a naked tape, not a sex tape." Dane states, "My alter-ego name is Peter (and) my dog growing up was called Cocaine, and I lived on Manor Drive, so I’m Cocaine Manor." This isn’t the first time Rebecca Gayheart’s been seen naked and high in a hot tub. This past June, the National Enquirer printed a 2003 photo of her in a bathtub with an unidentified woman and a crack pipe. Click on pictures to enlarge.

ESPN's Erin Andrews Peephole Nude Video Scandal, Download All Seven Hot Sportscaster Videos In One @ blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

Source: blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

First of all, Erin Andrews has an amazing sexy naked body that we would not have fully appreciated if these videos were not made and leaked to the the internet. I mean, we knew she was hot from seeing her on ESPN but those sexy outfits don't do her justice. Second, damn thats one huge peephole. That peephole is so big I don't think it should be called a peephole. It's like a fucking window. Or a gloryhole...LOL. Anyway, Thanks Erin and you perverted lover behind the camera! The videos are being posted online as seven separate files but they are available below as one easy to download video file. (also get torrent download links)

Download the Nude Video After the Screen Shots Below!

ESPN has confirmed that sideline reporter Erin Andrews is the woman in the viral videos in which someone videotaped an undressed Erin Andrews in her hotel room through what they claim is a peephole. Marshall B. Grossman, a high-powered lawyer representing Andrews, put out a release late Friday promising a push to bring criminal and civil charges to the unknown videographer as well as "anyone who has published the material." The video was posted Thursday without any mention to ESPN or Erin Andrews. Blogger Doug Sheckler posted the video with the title: “Hot naked blonde who looks a lot like a sports blogger favorite in her hotel room.”

ESPN also took swift action especially notable is that, in his original post, there was no mention of ESPN or the name of the person being filmed. ESPN wasted no time in firing a missile at Sheckler from their legal team:

I am the General Counsel of ESPN, Inc. It has come to my attention that you have posted on your site pictures of a young, blonde woman at [redacted]. These pictures were obviously taken through a peephole or otherwise in a fashion constituting a trespass/assault on the rights of the woman involved. Your continued posting of these pictures are highly likely to render you an accessory after the fact to a criminal act. We hereby demand that you (i) immediately remove these pictures from your site and (ii) disclose to us the source of the pictures. We intend to hold you fully responsible for further display of material that so obviously violates the law.

Please confirm by return e-mail that you intend to comply with these demands. In the absence of such confirmation we will assume you are an active and willing participant in these acts.

David Pahl

It seems that ESPN was convinced enough that it was the popular Erin Andrews very early. Sheckler say he will not reveal the source of the original videos. The video has seen been removed from the site, but thousands of men online were trying to find the video download or a cache of the site from Thursday where they can access it well before the identity of the woman was confirmed. Turns out that the woman in the peephole video was in fact Erin Andrews, and her attorney has issued a statement that she will file criminal and civil charges against whoever made the video along with those who published the material as well.

“While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similary violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin’s privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities.”

The funny thing is that this whole thing would have gone under the radar if the lawyers did not start shooting off letters. There are a total of seven short videos being circulated of Erin Andrews. After watch all seven videos it is clear that Erin Andrews knew she was being recorded on video. In fact, she seem to be preforming for the camera. Either she is preforming for the camera or she is insanely crazy because she was making very odd poses for a woman unaware someone is videotaping her. There is not a doubt, she very well know who the person on the other side of the camera is because she looked directly into the direction of the camera several times. This case will for sure be very interesting to see how it will unfold. Click on pictures to enlarge.
