Sir Paul McCartney and Yoko Ono are furious after a new book they helped with accuses John Lennon of wanting a gay relationship. John Lennon: The Life, a new book that's set to be released next month by noted Beatles biographer, Philip Norman, alleges John Lennon wanted to have sex with his own mother and fellow Beatles bandmate Paul McCartney. Imagine that. This is not the first time that we’ve heard grumblings about John Lennon lusting after another man. Allegedly John Lennon and Brian Epstein supposedly did or did not have some kind of tryst on a trip to Spain together in 1963. It did happen, it did not happen, we really do not know for sure. Yoko, 75 years old, agreed to be interviewed for the book, written by the respected Beatles author, McCartney also co-operated.

But she and Macca are now distancing themselves from it and Yoko has withdrawn her endorsement. The Sun UK reports:

The biography, with which both collaborated, says that John wanted to form a gay relationship with Macca. It also accuses the legendary singer of fantasising about having sex with his own mother....A pal said: "Both Sir Paul and Yoko are extremely angry and upset."

Everyone seem to be stuck on the possibility that John Lennon might have been gay but to me thats not the shocker. The dude wanted to fuck his own mother and no one seem to be denying it... I don't know, man. John Lennon did kinda look like a weirdo. If he was alive today, he'd probably still be making good music, but let's not kid ourselves into thinking that at some point his laptop wouldn't be seized by authorities. The book is being called the John Lennon "gay lust" book but it should be called the John Lennon " mother fucker lust" book. Click on pictures to enlarge.

I blame Yoko Ono for all of it. LOL... John became a weirdo after meeting her, thats when he started taking nude photos.

Here’s a description of the book, John Lennon: The Life, by Philip Norman.

For more than a quarter century, Philip Norman’s internationally bestselling Shout! has been unchallenged as the definitive biography of the Beatles. Now, at last, Norman turns his formidable talent to the Beatle for whom belonging to the world’s most beloved pop group was never enough. Drawing on previously untapped sources, and with unprecedented access to all the major characters, here is the comprehensive and most revealing portrait of John Lennon that is ever likely to be published.

This masterly biography takes a fresh and penetrating look at every aspect of Lennon’s much-chronicled life, including the songs that have turned him, posthumously, into a near-secular saint. In three years of research, Norman has turned up an extraordinary amount of new information about even the best-known episodes of Lennon folklore—his upbringing by his strict Aunt Mimi; his allegedly wasted school and student days; the evolution of his peerless creative partnership with Paul McCartney; his Beatle-busting love affair with a Japanese performance artist; his forays into painting and literature; his experiments with Transcendental Meditation, primal scream therapy, and drugs. The book’s numerous key informants and interviewees include Sir Paul McCartney, Sir George Martin, Sean Lennon—whose moving reminiscence reveals his father as never before—and Yoko Ono, who speaks with sometimes shocking candor about the inner workings of her marriage to John.

Honest and unflinching, as John himself would wish, Norman gives us the whole man in all his endless contradictions—tough and cynical, hilariously funny but also naive, vulnerable and insecure—and reveals how the mother who gave him away as a toddler haunted his mind and his music for the rest of his days.

John Winston Ono Lennon, MBE (born John Winston Lennon; 9 October 1940 – 8 December 1980) was an English rock musician, singer, songwriter, artist, and peace activist who gained worldwide fame as one of the founding members of The Beatles. blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com

In his solo career, Lennon wrote and recorded many songs such as "Give Peace a Chance" and "Imagine". Lennon revealed his rebellious nature and wit on television, in films such as A Hard Day's Night, in books such as In His Own Write, and in press conferences and interviews. He was controversial through his work as a peace activist, artist, and author.

Lennon had two sons: Julian Lennon, with his first wife Cynthia Lennon, and Sean Ono Lennon, with his second wife, avant-garde artist Yoko Ono. After a self-imposed retirement from 1976 to 1980, Lennon reemerged with a comeback album, but was murdered one month later in New York City on 8 December 1980. In 2002, respondents to a BBC poll on the 100 Greatest Britons voted Lennon into eighth place. In 2004, Rolling Stone magazine ranked Lennon number 38 on its list of "The Immortals: The Fifty Greatest Artists of All Time" and ranked The Beatles at number one. blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com
